Property Committee

Clean the mini split filters,

Clean the dehumidifier filters,

Clean out the basement,

Replace the main heater filter,

Replace or clean the School House heater filter,

Install 2 ea CO detectors,

Repair and touch up paint the ceiling in Room #1,

Up date the mini split instructions,

Test the exterior hose bibs,

Plumb the Quaker sign by the front wall,

And install wire fencing around the array

Landscape Committee

Prep bed for shrubs - fence line near solar array

Plant shrubs (bring a shovel)

Assist in making new tree rings around tree shrubs (bring a shovel and gloves)

Pick up sticks
